Following the screening, a debate will be led by the associations Nature et vie - Barr et environs and Alter Alsace Energies, in partnership with GECLER (Grand Est Energie Citoyenne).

Our heavy dependence on fossil fuels, highlighted by the war in Ukraine, poses not only economic and geopolitical problems. At a time of climate urgency, the European Union has set itself the goal, through its "Green Deal", of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050. But to decarbonize its agriculture and industries, and to equip itself with electric vehicles, Europe will have to at least double its production of green electricity.
From Portugal to the Baltic States, from Norway to the Balkans, this collection surveys a continent at a crossroads, more interconnected than you might think. Through never-before-seen aerial views, which highlight the diversity of the landscape, cartographic animations and encounters with committed citizens, the series examines six crucial themes for the future. Between deciphering the issues at stake and taking stock of the responses envisaged, an invigorating tour of the Europe of possibilities.
