Nature outing - Harvesting wild garlic
Nature guide Michèle Kuster takes you on a seasonal gathering of wild garlic, a highly aromatic plant with many culinary uses. This one-hour outing will teach you how to recognize the plant and its toxic neighbors, which are liable to cause confusion. After picking and checking your baskets, each adult will receive a recipe for easy use.
The cost per person is 10 euros, for adults and teenagers aged 12 and over. By reservation with the nature guide on 00 33 6 49 19 84 17.
