CANCELLED - Discover the hop fields and methanization unit
July 23 visit cancelled.
The Lycée Agricole d'Obernai farm devotes 32 ha of its land to growing hops, which are used to flavor beers. It grows in creepers and its cone-shaped flowers contain a yellow powder, lupulin, with a delicious aroma. Find out all about hop growing in Alsace and the Lycée agricole's methanization unit on this tour, with commentary by the farm manager. Good shoes are recommended.
