A winegrower is your guide for a historical, educational and tasty discovery!
Martine Motz takes you on a discovery of the emblems and coats of arms of many ancient trades that adorn the porches of the winegrowing village of Bernardswiller. She then takes you on a tour of her eco-responsible vineyard, where you'll learn all about her profession. Wine has many facets: before you can taste it, you have to produce it, grow it and understand it....
Back at the winery, tasting of 6 organic wines, including one 'Nature', with a convivial Alsatian-country-style meal: vegetable soup with smoked country sausage - celery salad and farmhouse bread - munster and Comté cheese - gingerbread and Gewurztraminer.
