Description
Its location allows you to discover different aspects of the forest, its clearings, coppices, plantations and old limestone quarries.
The health trail covers a distance of 2200 m, punctuated by 23 pieces of apparatus. However, to provide something for those of all fitness levels, a short cut reduces the trail to 1600 m and 18 pieces of apparatus. Respect of the natural landscape and the alternating flat and sloping sections provide the three stages required by an athlete: warm up, effort and return to calm.
