Bernardswiller is located on the Wine Road, vineyards are closely related to the history of the village.
In 1318 already, vines located on the territory of Bernardswiler are the subject of a legacy in favor of the Abbey of Niedermunster.
Today, the vine occupies a surface of 180 hectares. Localities like Affenberg, Dorenberg, Freiberg and Kritt, profiting from a weak pluviometry and a privileged sunning make the reputation of the wines of the village.
These vintages, of a large smoothness and a remarkable body are raised by our vine growers with passion. Faithful to a long tradition of reception, they will be pleased to make you taste them at the time of a visit of their cellar.
A walk on the wine path will make you discover the type of vines, the vegetative cycle of the vine as well as the work of the vine grower.
From remarkable sight settings on the castles, convents, cities and villages neighborhoods, are offered to your eyes throughout course.
