Concert - The Sacred Days of Strasbourg

As part of the 14th edition of the Festival des Sacrées Journées, the festival’s closing concert will take place at the Obernai Synagogue.

This year’s festival theme is “Path of Light.”

Three groups of artists will perform in Obernai:

- ANASS HABIB will take the audience on a journey into the heart of Sufi chant.
- KINAN ALZOUHIR, accompanied on piano by RICHARD DOUST, will bring together the languages, traditions, and cultures bordering the Mediterranean through Byzantine, Syriac, and Aramaic chants.
- THE HEBRAICA VOCAL QUARTET, under the direction of Hector Sabo, will take the audience on a journey through Hebrew polyphony with works spanning several centuries.
