Description
Nature guide Michèle Kuster takes you on a seasonal gathering of wild garlic, a highly aromatic plant with many culinary uses. This one-hour outing will teach you how to recognize the plant and its toxic neighbors, which are liable to cause confusion. After picking and checking your baskets, each adult will receive a recipe for easy use.
The cost per person is 10 euros, for adults and teenagers aged 12 and over. By reservation with al guide nature on 06 49 19 84 17.
