The Lehmann Distillery distills all year round to offer you quality spirits, which, for this special occasion, and for your greatest pleasure, will be used to cook the dishes prepared by Chef Hubert Maetz, from Restaurant Le Rosenmeer in Rosheim. His authentic, generous and fine cuisine highlights local colors and seasonal produce for a unique culinary experience.
Wines from Domaine Jacques Maetz in Rosheim will accompany your meal. They come from organic and/or natural viticulture, harvested exclusively by hand, and blended by Chef Hubert Maetz himself.
After this memorable meal, discover the art of distillation and blending during an exclusive tour of the Distillery in the company of Monsieur Lehmann. Surrounded by the ageing barrels, he will offer you the unique experience of tasting from the barrel and making your digestif.
This evening will amaze your taste buds and immerse you in the world of the Master Distiller and Master Restaurateur!

Aperitif: Signature Cocktail and appetizers
Enter: Confit of Summer Vegetables, Tuna snacked with Oh La La Gin!
Main course: Alsatian Farmhouse Poultry and New Cabbage with Marc de Gewurztraminer
Dessert: Puff pastry tarts with Mirabelles confit in the still
Digestif: assembled by you, prepared during the workshop.
