In the bakehouse of the 'Au pain gourmand' bakery, baker Ludovic Schibler offers a demonstration of how to make stollen, a Christmas specialty. Stollen is a dried and candied fruit bread stuffed with almond paste, eaten during Advent and on Christmas Day. Take advantage of the specialist's expert advice to make the perfect cake at home! Each participant will go home with a stollen. Registration and payment online or at the tourist office.
